1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AFGCoin Wallet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AFGCoin TM ("we," "our," or "us").
2. Description of Service
AFGCoin Wallet is a self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application designed for the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network. The App allows you to:
- Create and manage cryptocurrency wallets
- Send and receive BEP20 tokens
- Swap tokens using integrated decentralized exchange aggregators
- View token balances and portfolio value
- Track transaction history
The App operates on the BNB Smart Chain (Chain ID: 56) and supports BNB and BEP20-compatible tokens.
3. Self-Custody and Responsibility
AFGCoin Wallet is a self-custodial wallet. This means:
- You are solely responsible for your private keys, seed phrases (recovery phrases), and PINs.
- We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds at any time.
- We cannot recover lost private keys, seed phrases, PINs, or funds. If you lose access to your wallet credentials, your funds will be permanently inaccessible.
- We are not a custodian, exchange, bank, or financial institution.
- We do not hold, manage, or control your cryptocurrency assets in any way.
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure and protecting your wallet credentials.
4. Wallet Creation and Security
- When you create a wallet, the App generates a seed phrase (mnemonic) locally on your device.
- You must securely back up your seed phrase. We strongly recommend writing it down and storing it in a safe, offline location.
- Your PIN protects access to the App. Choose a strong PIN and do not share it with anyone.
- Enable biometric authentication when available for additional security.
- Never share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent AFGCoin Wallet.
5. Token Swaps
- Token swap functionality is provided through integration with the 1inch aggregation protocol.
- Swap rates are determined by market conditions and decentralized liquidity pools. We do not set or guarantee exchange rates.
- Swaps are subject to slippage, meaning the final execution price may differ from the quoted price.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from price changes, slippage, or failed swap transactions.
- Swap transactions are executed on the blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed.
6. Gas Fees
- All transactions on BNB Smart Chain require gas fees paid in BNB.
- Gas fees are paid to BSC network validators, not to AFGCoin TM.
- We do not profit from gas fees. The gasless transfer feature allows you to use other tokens to cover gas costs, but the underlying gas fee is still paid to the network.
- Gas fees vary based on network congestion and are outside our control.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use AFGCoin Wallet for:
- Money laundering or concealing the proceeds of criminal activity
- Terrorism financing or providing support to designated terrorist organizations
- Sanctions violations — transacting with individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to economic sanctions
- Any illegal activity under applicable laws
- Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
- Distributing malware or malicious code through or targeting the App
- Interfering with the operation of the App or related infrastructure
8. Intellectual Property
- AFGCoin Wallet, AFGCoin, the AFG Wallet logo, and all related branding are trademarks of AFGCoin TM.
- The App's source code, design, graphics, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written consent.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:
- 1inch API for token swaps
- BSCScan and AFGScan for transaction data
- Binance API and DexScreener for price data
- Google AdMob for advertisements
These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of these third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AFGCoin TM and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Loss of funds, tokens, or cryptocurrency assets
- Failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions
- Price fluctuations or market losses
- Network outages, congestion, or blockchain issues
- Lost, forgotten, or compromised private keys, seed phrases, or PINs
- Unauthorized access to your wallet due to device compromise
- Errors or inaccuracies in token prices or portfolio values
- Actions of third-party services integrated with the App
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
AFGCoin Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of price data or blockchain information
We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AFGCoin TM and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your transactions on the BNB Smart Chain
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction where AFGCoin TM operates. AFGCoin Wallet is designed for global use, and users are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with their local laws and regulations.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of AFGCoin Wallet after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should stop using the App.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
